Production process Production at the Nazareth Garment S/Co. follows the conventional system practiced in every garment factory. The process includes cutting of the fabrics, Sewing and finishing. The production and technical department of the factory is organized following this process. . Cutting Section In this section the fabrics are cut into pre made designs. Such works as pattern making, marking , assortment and spreading are carried out before actually cutting takes place. After cutting the pieces are marked with numbers for identification. The cut pieces are then processed by the fusing press and finished with band knife before they are sent to the sewing section. Cutting Section . Sewing Section Here, as the name indicates the cut pieces are joined together by sewing machines. Different parts of a shirt such as the collar and cuff, the back and front are made and joined here. Finally the shirt is assembled and ready for inspection before it is sent to the finishing section.
Sewing Section . Finishing Section In this section the final touch and packing is done after the product is inspected and made ready for dispatch for sale. Ironing, Pressing and folding are carried out here before the shirt is pronounced qualified as a final product to be ready for dispatch.
